Brown Rice Stir Fry
2 cups Cooked Brown Rice
14 oz Can LaChoy Bean Sprouts (drained)
1/2 Green Pepper (sliced up)
1/2 Cup of Carrot Slices
2-3 Scrambled Eggs
A few splashes of Gluten-free Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Sauté in deep pan with butter of choice until green peppers are tender and rice is warm and slightly browned.
Serves 4-6.
