Tabernacle Math
Exodus 36-38
While building the tabernacle, math could be found everywhere:
“All ten curtains were exactly the same size—42 feet long and 6 feet wide.” Exodus 36:9 NLT
“Each frame was 15 feet high and 27 inches wide.” Exodus 36:21 NLT
“…Bezalel made the Ark of acacia wood—a sacred chest 45 inches long, 27 inches wide, and 27 inches high.” Exodus 37:1 NLT
“…the Ark’s cover…was 45 inches long and 27 inches wide.” Exodus 37:6 NLT
“The lampstand had six branches going out from the center stem, three on each side…made from 75 pounds of pure gold.” Exodus 37:18, 24 NLT
Now this is some practical math I can get behind!
