The Perfect Baked Potato
Wash and dry potato thoroughly.
Poke holes all over with fork to vent.
Spray with butter Pam, both sides (or other edible grease source).
Sprinkle with Kosher or Pink Himalayan salt.
Bake uncovered on cookie sheet for 1 hour and 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cut open and top with garnishes of choice:
Butter, chili, dairy-free cheese, etc.
