Lacked for Nothing

Deuteronomy 1 & 2

”And you saw how the Lord your God cared for you all along the way as you traveled through the wilderness…but even after all He did, you refused to trust the Lord your God.” Deuteronomy‬ ‭1‬:‭31‬-‭32‬ ‭NLT‬‬ Oh, our horrible human nature, keeping us from trusting God even after He shows His goodness to us time and again.

But, despite our shortcomings, God continues to be good. ”For the Lord your God has blessed you in everything you have done. He has watched your every step through this great wilderness. During these forty years, the Lord your God has been with you, and you have lacked nothing.” Deuteronomy‬ ‭2‬:‭7‬ ‭NLT‬‬ I love that! They lacked for nothing. God continues to provide for all our needs.
