He Does No Wrong

Deuteronomy 32-34

Why do I trust God when life throws curveballs that don’t seem right or fair? ”He is the Rock; His deeds are perfect. Everything He does is just and fair. He is a faithful God who does no wrong; how just and upright He is!“ Deuteronomy‬ ‭32‬:‭4‬ ‭NLT‬‬

God says, ”Look now; I myself am He! There is no other god but Me! I am the One who kills and gives life; I am the one Who wounds and heals; no one can be rescued from My powerful hand!“ Deuteronomy‬ ‭32‬:‭39‬ ‭NLT‬‬

The question has been raised: how can a loving God kill? 1.) Killing and murder are two separate things. Killing does not include malice. 2.) Love protects the innocent and doesn’t allow evil to prosper. 3.) Jesus dying on the cross allowed/allows for healing to take place in a pain-stricken world. His mighty power saves those who want to be His.
