Pan-Fried Cinnamon Bananas

Cut bananas about 1/2 inch thick and set single layer on nonstick frying pan (or spray pan with oil first).

Turn heat to high.

While pan and bananas are heating, drizzle honey on top of bananas, then sprinkle with brown sugar here and there, along with cinnamon.

Lightly drizzle a small amount of pure vanilla extract across top of banana and sugar mixture.

Stir mixture until carmelized and bananas are slightly browned.

Enjoy straight out of the pan or top vanilla ice cream or pound cake with it.
