Pumpkin Crumble

Blend…

1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2 Eggs
3/4 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/8 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Almond Flour

Fry in skillet on low heat. Scramble occasionally until lightly brown. Scoop onto plate. Eat plain or drizzled with honey or date syrup.
