Banana Oat Breakfast Dish
INGREDIENTS
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup of Oats
1 Cup Lactose-free Milk
1 Lrg Egg
2 Tbsp Honey
DIRECTIONS
Turn the oven to 180 degrees.
Mash the bananas in ovenproof dish
then add the other ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Bake for 1 hour, 30 minutes.
Let set then serve.
