Coconut Pecan Oat Clusters
Mix dry ingredients:
1.5 cups Gluten-free Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup Raw Pecan Halves
1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
Mix wet ingredients separately:
Melt 3 tbsp Coconut Oil,
Add 1/4 cup Maple Syrup,
Add 1 tsp Vanilla
Combine your wet and dry mixtures.
Spread evenly on a parched lined baking tray.
Bake at 315F for 10 minutes.
Turn down oven to 180F and bake 10 more minutes – DO NOT STIR!
Turn off oven and let cool in oven for 5-7 more minutes.
Remove from oven, and let cook fully.
Separate into clusters…ENJOY!
