God Blesses Those

Matthew 5 & 6

“God blesses those who are poor and realize their need for Him, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.” Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭3‬ ‭NLT‬‬ Such encouraging news!

“God blesses those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they will be satisfied.” Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭6‬ ‭NLT‬‬ This promise comes from Jesus Himself. God understands what it feels like to have the sacred disregarded in one’s life. But He promises to fill the void, to balance the discord brought on by injustice. I love this! It gives me hope. “God blesses those who are persecuted for doing right, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.” Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭10‬ ‭NLT‬‬

“So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.” Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭34‬ ‭NLT‬‬
