Jesus Didn’t Baptize Men

“Jesus knew the Pharisees had heard that He was baptizing and making more disciples than John (though Jesus himself didn’t baptize them—his disciples did).” John 4:1-2 NLT I wonder if the reason Jesus didn’t baptize people Himself might be because He wanted others to understand the authority God gives regular human beings in the process of discipleship. Christians can argue over just about everything, but they can’t argue that ONLY JESUS had authority to baptize other than John the Baptist, if going by the Bible.
