Peanut Butter n Oats GF Cookies

1/2 c Peanut Butter
1/2 c Yogurt (dairy-free kind works well, too)
1/4 c Nuts of choice (I used pecans)
1 c Rolled Oats
1/3 c Dark Chocolate Chips
(I used Ghiradelli 72% Cacao dark chocolate chips.)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup

  1. In bowl, combine peanut butter, yogurt and maple syrup.
  2. Stir in oats.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  4. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and flatten.

Bake in oven at 375F for 10-11 minutes.

Makes 6 medium-size cookies.
