Pumpkin-Sunflower Seed Pancakes

2 tbsp Pureed Canned Pumpkin
1 Extra Large Egg
2 tbsp Almond Flour
1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds

Mix together.
Fry on medium high heat until fully cooked.
Top with favorite toppings or eat plain.

Makes two medium-size pancakes.

Gluten- and dairy-free.
